Electric hoist is a common hoisting tool, and the general environment electric hoist can satisfy. But in some dark, humid or rainy days, it may cause the electric hoist to rust, so how should we prevent the electric hoist from rusting?
First of all, if it is a wire rope gourd, the surface of the wire rope should be coated with anti-rust lubricating oil. Under non-operating conditions, it should be wrapped with a tarpaulin or plastic film. In the bearing of the hook, it is necessary to inject calcium-based anti-rust grease to prevent rust, and check it frequently to achieve the effect of prolonging the use of rust.
Then the surface of the gear parts in the electric hoist gearbox is coated with anti-rust grease containing barium petroleum sulfonate, and the construction condition and the integrity of the protective oil film are regularly checked. If rust is found, use hardwood or bamboo to scrape off the rust spots and re-paint. If the original oil film is damaged or deteriorated, clean it with kerosene or gasoline, and then apply anti-rust grease.
Finally, the processed exposed surface and exposed threaded surface of each part of the electric hoist should be coated with calcium-based anti-rust grease or other anti-rust grease.
