B. The fuse is too small, causing the heating to burn out the missing phase;
C. Poor power contact causes phase loss;
D. Poor contact of motor inlet.
E. Install automatic air circuit breaker and thermal overcurrent protector with high sensitivity, and install phase-deficient controller can effectively prevent it.
