In order to ensure the smooth operation of the electric single-girder suspension bridge crane equipment, so that the bridge crane is in the equipment process and runs through the process in a safe and orderly working state, it is necessary to carry out construction in a planned, arranged and stepwise manner.
1. Set up the mast in the middle of the main beam of the bridge crane, and slightly close to the side of the heavier main beam, so that the hoisting crane will not tilt, and the electric hoist is firmly strapped to the main beam while lifting.
2. When lifting, keep steady rising and do not swing arbitrarily. In order to enable people to control, the ropes can be tied at the two ends of the crane.
3. Use the hoist and mast to drive the rope through the hoisting hole.
4. Lift the bridge crane to an appropriate height, bolt the control room to the connection frame and the connection base, and then weld the connection base to the main beam and the cross beam according to the random drawings.
5. When the bridge crane is lifted beyond the track, pull the rope to twist the crane, and gradually fall so that the wheel groove of the crane falls slowly on the track.
