The bridge crane driver's inspection before work is very important. Only by doing a good job of the preparation before work can the smooth production and safety of the shift be guaranteed. For this purpose, the driver must do the following three tasks:
(1) Understand the production and equipment operation of the previous shift, carefully review and fill in the records of the shift (fill in the inspection before work.
(2) After the production and equipment of the previous shift are normal, confirm that the previous shift has been powered off. Check the main components and moving parts, including brakes, drive shaft couplings, reducer anchor screws, wire ropes, wire rope pressure plates for reels, screws for each moving part, and whether the lubricant in the oiling points is sufficient. Are there any other people and debris in the car?
(3) On the basis of checking all the good, close the door, send a signal to send electricity, and perform several no-load operations on the walking mechanism and the lifting mechanism to check whether the safety limit switches and brakes are flexible and reliable. If the operation and sound are normal, you can start work only after you understand the ground working environment and production conditions.
Drivers should send signals before driving, and use signals properly during work; heavy objects must not pass through people's heads or equipment; overloading is strictly prohibited; blind lifting is not allowed without knowing the weight; Ignition of explosives; familiarity with the gesture signals of cranes; equipment must not cause illness; outdoor cranes are not allowed to work when the wind is above eight.
